Innova Capital acquires controlling stake in Tutore education platform
Innova Capital has acquired a controlling stake in the educational platform, Tutore. This investment aims to enhance Tutore's growth and expand its market presence. The platform, which offers a range of educational services, will benefit from Innova Capital’s resources and expertise to further develop its offerings and reach.
The acquisition underscores Innova Capital's strategy to invest in innovative and high-potential educational technology companies.
Tutore was established in 2017 and is currently a leader in the segment of foreign language education and educational courses related to the education of children and youth. Since 2022, the company has made three acquisitions and currently, as the Tutore group, it has a strong portfolio of educational brands including: eTutor - the largest platform and application for learning foreign languages and ProfiLingua - the largest network of foreign language learning schools.
