The acquisition underscores Innova Capital's strategy to invest in innovative and high-potential educational technology companies.

Tutore was established in 2017 and is currently a leader in the segment of foreign language education and educational courses related to the education of children and youth. Since 2022, the company has made three acquisitions and currently, as the Tutore group, it has a strong portfolio of educational brands including: eTutor - the largest platform and application for learning foreign languages ​​and ProfiLingua - the largest network of foreign language learning schools.
