InPost ramps up investment
Parcel locker operator InPost plans to increase capital expenditure to PLN 2.4 billion in 2026, up from PLN 1.8 billion in 2025, deputy CFO Inga Jędrzejewska said during a press conference.
Around 60% of the spending will go toward expanding the company’s parcel locker network, primarily in international markets, with a smaller share allocated to Poland. Remaining funds will support operations, including the UK business, technology investments and AI development.
CEO Rafał Brzoska said part of the budget will also support new software products, including a beta version of the InPost Mobile app featuring an AI shopping assistant with free delivery and returns under InPost Plus.
The group plans to install more than 20,000 additional parcel machines in 2026 and expects shipment volumes to grow in the mid- to high-teens.
In 2025, InPost reported PLN 14.7 billion in revenue and PLN 4.1 billion in adjusted EBITDA, with 51% of sales generated abroad.
