InPost: revenues up, profit down
InPost reported strong growth in the first quarter of 2026, handling 359.2 million parcels and generating PLN 3.86 billion in revenue, both up by more than 30 percent year over year. The company expanded fastest in the UK and Ireland after acquiring Yodel, but the British business remains unprofitable, posting an EBITDA loss of nearly PLN 49 million. As a result, InPost’s overall profit margins fell despite continued growth in Poland and the eurozone.
Net profit dropped almost 80 percent compared with last year. CEO Rafał Brzoska said the company is prioritizing rapid international expansion and investment over short-term profitability. InPost also added nearly 3,500 parcel lockers during the quarter and plans to install more than 20,000 this year as it strengthens its position across Europe.
