Interview: investors expect integration with environment and efficiency
Real estate investors are increasingly demanding measurable business benefits from PropTech rather than adopting technology for its own sake, according to Blue Bolt founder Maciej Grabowski. He says Polish solutions are often as advanced as those in Western markets, but adoption has lagged. The greatest value now comes from integrating building systems and data into a single ecosystem that can automate processes, reduce costs, and improve user experience. Technology should also be flexible, secure, and accessible to all users rather than dependent on smartphones.
Grabowski expects future buildings to integrate more closely with their surroundings, allowing assets such as parking, coworking areas, and other facilities to be shared with local communities and generate additional revenue.
