iSpot, a chain of stores selling Apple’s products, has renewed its agreement for the lease of more than 900 sqm of office space and over 130 sqm of retail area at the Plac Unii City Shopping complex in Warsaw.

The tenant will stay there for the next five years with the transaction having been brokered by Colliers International, the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Plac Unii City Shopping offers 41,000 sqm of office space and 16,000 sqm of retail area. The complex is owned by Invesco Real Estate.
