JLL has entered into a technological partnership with Spantium – provider of an innovative digital platform SQAR, which enables automation of the office space search process. Thanks to the new solution, JLL's partners will gain access to state-of-the-art technologies, communication optimization tools, and a significant competitive advantage in the Polish market.

SQAR is a platform that will shorten the process of searching for office space in a very significant way. This is possible through the optimization of communication between the tenant, the property owner, the project manager, the architect, and consultants. The program also allows for the rapid generation of 3D models, VR walks, as well as the use of augmented reality technology.
