Kołobrzeg with new condo hotel project
Developer Baltic Wave has launched sales in its eponymous condo hotel project in Kołobrzeg on the Baltic coast. The 14-floor scheme will accommodate 468 apartments sized from 29 sqm to 130 sqm, as well as numerous amenities including swimming pools, a spa & wellness area, restaurants and a conference center. Construction work on the development has already started and is scheduled to finish in the final quarter of 2021 with Silvernix acting as the general contractor.
