Konin Data Center will be most important digital infrastructure projects in Poland
Data Center Konin is set to become one of Poland’s most important digital infrastructure projects, with an estimated value of EUR 3 bln and expected construction approval in April 2026. The facility is planned to reach over 260 MW of IT capacity, placing it among the largest AI-ready data centers in the region.
Its key advantage is not just scale, but advanced readiness, including secured power supply and full documentation, enabling construction to start as early as 2027. The project reflects a shift in the sector, where energy availability is critical.
Located in an energy-rich region, it will use renewable sources and waste heat for local heating, supporting both digital growth and regional energy transformation.
