In March 2025, Kraków-Balice Airport served 988,165 passengers—an increase of about 25% compared to March 2024 (790,427 passengers). Since the beginning of the year, the airport has handled 2.64 million travelers. As Poland’s largest regional airport, Kraków-Balice is expanding its flight network and expects to serve around 12 million passengers in 2025. For the summer season, it will offer 160 connections to 127 airports in 35 countries.

Airport CEO Łukasz Strutyński emphasized long-term development plans, including terminal expansion to be completed by 2031, ultimately increasing capacity to 19 million passengers annually. The consistent growth reflects strong demand from both travelers and airline partners.
