Estonian investment group Summus Capital has acquired the fully leased office complex The Park Kraków for €48 mln, strengthening its presence in Poland, which now accounts for approximately 43% of the company’s real estate portfolio. Located in Kraków’s Podgórze district, the complex consists of two office buildings with nearly 25,000 sqm of gross leasable area. Key tenants include OTCF (owner of the 4F brand), AMS, TAURON Customer Service, and Warta, with a weighted average lease term exceeding six years.

Summus Capital said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of investing in prime office assets with strong tenants and attractive returns in well-connected business locations. The transaction raises the total value of the group’s property portfolio to around €630 mln. The buildings hold a BREEAM Excellent certification and feature sustainability-focused solutions, including photovoltaic installations, EV charging stations, and advanced building management systems. The sale marks the completion of the first phase of the project developed by White Star Real Estate and Cain.
