Kraków’s Diamante Plaza fully leased out
BNP Paribas Real Estate has finished the process of commercializing the Diamante Plaza office building in Kraków, which is owned by Aldesa. Several tenants including OTCF, the owner of the 4F fashion brand, co-working space operator RISE.PL and IT company Ray Allen have recently signed lease agreements for space at the property. Located in the Zabłocie post-industrial area of Kraków, Diamante Plaza was completed in 2009. The building comprises almost 10,000 sqm of office space.
