Kraków’s V.Offices with new lease agreement
Printbox, a company providing software to online printing houses, has leased almost 1,000 sqm of office space at the V.Offices building in downtown Kraków. The tenant, which was advised by JLL during the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease agreement, will move into its new premises in January next year. The V.Offices building comprises nearly 25,000 sqm of office area and features a BREEAM “Outstanding” certificate. It was completed earlier this year by developer AFI Europe.
