Kruk relieves GetBack abroad
InvestCapital, a subsidiary of Kruk, has concluded a purchase agreement with GetBack Recovery from the GetBack group. The contract concerns the purchase of a portfolio of unsecured receivables on the Romanian market for RON 41.2 million, i.e. PLN 37.4 million, the companies have announced. The finalization of the agreement is subject to the consent of the court supervisor appointed in the accelerated arrangement proceedings of GetBack.
