Large shopping mall to be built in Mokotów
Warsaw is set to gain a major new retail development on Lower Mokotów, near Lake Czerniakowskie. Mayland Real Estate will build Retail Park Libretto, a three-story complex combining retail, entertainment, and urban functions. The project will consist of four buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 17,000 square meters. Two floors will be dedicated to retail and leisure tenants, while the third level will feature a spacious mezzanine. Key tenants will include Kaufland and a climbing center operated by Murall, and three of the four buildings have already been leased.
Developed in cooperation with P.A. Nova, Retail Park Libretto will form the core of the broader Czerniaków Libretto concept, designed as a new, multifunctional district center for Lower Mokotów.
