Large shopping park being built in Jelenia Góra
Construction has begun on the largest retail park in RSB Real Estate’s portfolio, located in the Goduszyn district of Jelenia Góra. The 13,500 sqm GLA project is strategically situated along national road DK3/E65, a key route towards Szklarska Poręba and the Czech border, capturing both local shoppers and year-round tourist traffic towards the Karkonosze mountains.
Designed as a single-story retail park with direct shop entrances and ample parking, the scheme reflects the region’s convenience-driven shopping habits. The location, offering open space and mountain views, is considered one of RSB’s most attractive sites. The general contractor is Bartex. The project forms part of a broader investment program, with additional developments in Goleniów and further schemes planned for 2026.
