LemonTree has completed the second phase of Booster Zabrze, bringing the Upper Silesian logistics and business complex to its target 111,000 square meters. Three new buildings totaling nearly 59,000 square meters have joined the first-phase facilities, which were completed in 2025. Commercecon served as general contractor for both stages of the development.

Construction began in April 2024, while the second-phase buildings were delivered at the end of August 2026. The fully leased complex sits near the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa, A1 and A4 motorways and includes warehouse, service and office space. LemonTree says the project holds BREEAM Excellent certification and incorporates energy-efficient systems, wooden façades on first-phase buildings and public recreational infrastructure. Second-phase tenants include a global thermal-management company occupying nearly 50,000 square meters. An open sports and recreation zone has also been handed over to Zabrze residents for community use.
