Leroy Merlin purchasing 55,000 sqm of land in Góraszka
Nhood Services Poland has finalized the sale of a plot in Góraszka to Leroy Merlin, which will build a large-format store exceeding 55,000 sq m as part of the Project Góraszka development. The new DIY outlet will strengthen the project’s retail offering and serve as a major draw for residents of the Warsaw agglomeration. Construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2026. The transaction confirms growing interest from major retail chains in eastern Warsaw’s fast-developing market.
Project Góraszka, located near the S17 and S2 junction, will ultimately provide about 65,000 sq m GLA, combining retail, services, leisure facilities, and ESG-certified infrastructure.
