Warsaw's premium residential market continues to gather momentum as Liberty Tower by Cavatina has surpassed PLN 250 million in apartment sales just six months after launching. The 140-meter residential skyscraper on Grzybowska Street has sold 122 apartments—more than one-fifth of its 587-unit inventory—making it one of Poland's fastest-selling luxury developments. Scheduled for completion in 2029, the tower is the first premium residential high-rise to be built in central Warsaw in nearly a decade.

Buyers, primarily Polish entrepreneurs and investors purchasing in cash, are drawn by panoramic views over the Palace of Culture and Wola's skyline, along with an extensive amenity package that includes a wellness center, concierge service, private cinema, cigar lounge and Japanese garden. The project highlights continued demand for high-end residential property in the capital despite its long construction timeline, reflecting confidence in Warsaw's luxury housing market.
