Łódź with growing supply of office space – Savills
The volume of existing modern office space in Łódź could increase by almost 50% by the end of 2022, according to Savills data. At the end of the first half of this year, the city boasted an office stock of over 496,000 sqm with more than 40% of that space having been completed since 2015. This figure could grow to over 700,000 sqm over the next three years. The biggest projects scheduled to be delivered in Łódź in 2020-2022 include Targowa 2 (HB Reavis, 30,000 sqm) and Textorial Park II (St. Paul’s Development, 26,000 sqm).
