Madmind Studio's shares debuted on the NewConnect market
The shares of Madmind Studio, specializing in creating horror games, debuted in the NewConnect Alternative Trading System. A total of 11,998,000 series A ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 0.50 each were introduced to trading. The share price at the opening of quotations was PLN 3.10 and was 51 percent higher than the reference price.
"We are glad that we joined the group of public companies. This is a historic moment for us, which will certainly give us even more energy to act. I would like to thank our entire team for their commitment and contribution to the development of the Company. The debut on NewConnect was the next stage of development of Madmind Studio, which I hope will contribute to even faster growth of our company," Tomasz Dutkiewicz, president of the board of Madmind Studio, said.
In less than a month, the premiere of the newest game – Succubus will take place, the demo of which was very popular during the Steam Next festival. Currently, the wishlist is 30,000 players more than in the case of their last production – Agona, which generated a net profit of PLN 3.2 million. Madmind Studio has also announced the release of two more titles – Paranoid and Tormentor, games in the genre of psychological horror and extreme horror, the premieres of which are initially dated 2022 and 2023.
