Marvipol reported a consolidated net profit of PLN 58.17 million in 2025, up from PLN 31.72 million a year earlier. Operating profit rose to PLN 97.46 million from PLN 53.28 million, while revenues increased to PLN 547.7 million, marking a 19% annual growth.

The company described its financial performance as strong, with both operating and net profits rising by 83%. It entered 2026 with a solid balance sheet, moderate debt, and PLN 271 million in cash.

In the development segment, Marvipol sold over 400 units and delivered more than 640 properties. The company plans to expand its scale but will adjust its pace in 2026 depending on market and macroeconomic conditions.
