MC wants to fight pathostreaming
Ministry of Digitization (MC) in cooperation with the Senate Team for the Safety of Children and Youth in Virtual World sets off with an action aimed at increasing the safety of children and youth in the network. The program assumes the coordination of activities in this area, as well as the dissemination of knowledge about threats in the network.
Deputy Minister of Digital Affairs Adam Andruszkiewicz stressed that in addition to the positive effects of using the Internet, there are also many threats. “Recently, such negative phenomena as pathostreaming have been developing very strongly,” Andruszkiewicz said.
It's about vulgar, degrading and pathological behaviors such as alcohol abuse and violence, which is watched by over 30 percent of young people.
