MF: NBP does not plan to introduce digital money
In response to an inquiry from lawmakers, the Ministry of Finance relayed that the NBP currently does not intend to introduce a central bank digital currency (CBDC) in Poland in the near future. However, NBP emphasized that its stance on this matter could change if there are national or international factors that warrant such a decision.
