Mindspace is opening its second location in Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper and considering further expansion in Warsaw and regional cities, according to Michał Kwinta, the head of Mindspace in Poland. Kwinta said that the new location in Skyliner is strictly business-oriented, unlike the lifestyle-focused location in Koszyki, and offers larger office units with internal conference rooms in response to the hybrid work trend. Mindspace currently has more than 40 locations in 20 cities and seven countries in Europe and the United States. The company secured $72 million in funding for development in 2021. Mindspace's Skyliner location will be available for occupancy by the end of April, with an official opening set for autumn.
