The Skyliner office complex in Warsaw continues to strengthen its status as a prime business destination with the expansion of Mindspace, a global flexible workspace operator. Mindspace has signed a 10-year lease with Karimpol Polska for nearly 4,500 sq m in Skyliner II, marking its third location in Poland and a further step in its growth within the complex. Occupying four floors, the new space will offer 663 additional workstations and is scheduled to open in mid-2027. Together with its existing location in Skyliner I, Mindspace will provide over 1,200 workstations across the complex.

For Karimpol, the agreement reinforces Skyliner’s appeal to international tenants and makes Mindspace the largest occupier in the entire complex. Skyliner II, currently under construction and due for completion in Q4 2026, will add 24,000 sq m of leasable space within a 130-metre, 28-storey tower. Designed to the highest sustainability standards, the building has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification, will run on 100% renewable energy, and will offer modern offices, retail space, green terraces, and extensive amenities, further enhancing Warsaw’s business core.
