MNM Diagnostics has leased 550 sqm under sub-leas. in the Nowe Garbary Office Center building in Poznań from the Netguru technology company, which is gradually reducing unused office space as a result of restrictions and internal regulations related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the international consulting company Colliers.

MNM Diagnostics is the first private company in Poland to offer genomic diagnostics of cancer and other genetic diseases. With the help of innovative machine learning technology and artificial intelligence, the analysis process provides patients and their doctors with results that give them the chance to choose the best possible personalized therapy.

The new office of the company will be located in the modern office and service building Nowe Garbary Office Center at ul. Małe Garbary 9. The location of the facility in the Old Town district, near the Old Port on the Warta River, allows convenient access to other parts of Poznań by car, bicycle, and public transport. This six-story A-class building offers a total of nearly 7,000 sqm of office space for rent with all the amenities characteristic of this class of facilities, i.e. air conditioning, suspended ceilings, or a BMS system for automatic building management, as well as 160 underground parking spaces.
