An office building on Cybernetyki Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, known as “Mordor,” has changed ownership. Hungary-based Indotek Group has sold the Cybernetyki Office Center, which will no longer serve a traditional office function. The property offers more than 7,800 square meters of usable space and is considered a non-core asset in Indotek’s Polish portfolio. The new owner plans to repurpose the building for alternative uses, reflecting growing demand for smaller properties that can be easily adapted for functions such as medical or educational facilities.

This marks Indotek’s second office sale in Warsaw within the past year and highlights a broader shift in Mokotów, where the former business hub is entering a new phase of transformation.
