Approximately 45,000 sqm of office space was leased in Wrocław in the first half of this year, which marks a 29% decrease y/y/, according to the latest report by Cushman & Wakefield. Pre-let agreements accounted for over 50% of the volume. Tenant activity in the period was limited by the relatively small amount of new supply, the C&W study said. In H1 2019, developers completed only 16,500 sqm of office area (in three buildings) in the Wrocław market, which brought the city’s total office stock to 1.07 million sqm. In the second half of this year, as much as 130,000 sqm of new space is set to be delivered in Wrocław. Experts predict that the demand level will increase significantly in H2.
