Poland’s retail park sector remains one of the most active parts of the commercial real estate market, with several new openings planned by the end of 2026. Developers are focusing on convenience formats close to residential areas, with easy access, free parking, and everyday shopping options.

Major projects include BIG Piła, developed by BIG Poland and Acteeum, which will offer around 38,000 sqm of retail space and open in Q3 2026. BIG Poland is also preparing projects in Konstantynów Łódzki and Olkusz. LCP Poland is expanding its M Park network, including schemes in Bogatynia, Opalenica, and Biała Podlaska. Redkom Park Białystok will provide over 14,000 sqm of retail and service space, while OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie will offer around 20,000 sqm.
