Enterprise Investors has agreed to sell Anwim, owner of the Moya petrol-station network, to a consortium of Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners. The deal covers 100 percent of the company, though the value has not been disclosed and completion still requires regulatory approvals. Anwim has grown rapidly since Enterprise Investors bought in during 2018, expanding Moya from around 180 stations to 540 by the end of March 2026.

That makes it Poland’s third-largest fuel-station network, spanning both company-owned and franchise sites. For foreign readers, the transaction is a sign that Poland’s fuel retail market remains attractive to infrastructure investors, even as operators prepare for lower-carbon mobility and electric charging.
