The opening celebration brought together residents of Grodzisk Mazowiecki and neighbouring municipalities for a full day of free entertainment. The programme included a live DJ, family barbecue, children’s activities, street performers, aerial acrobatics and a fire show, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the event.

“BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki is an important addition to our portfolio and further strengthens our presence in the western part of the Warsaw agglomeration, one of the most attractive and dynamic markets in Poland. This is our second retail park in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, alongside BIG Łubna, and it gives us a strong position in the western part of the region. We acquired a well-established, fully leased property with a strong tenant mix and significant long-term potential. With the rebranding now complete, our focus is on further developing the asset through active management, close cooperation with our tenants and a regular programme of initiatives for customers and the local community. Our ambition is to build on the park’s existing strengths and create sustainable long-term value for all our partners,” says Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland.

BIG Grodzisk Mazowiecki offers approximately 11,000 sqm of GLA and comprises 19 stores and service outlets. Its tenant mix includes Biedronka, Sinsay, New Yorker, JYSK, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, KiK, TEDi, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, Świat Książki and Kodano Optyk, as well as food and beverage operators. The fully leased retail park also provides 350 parking spaces. Located close to the centre of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, it benefits from convenient access to the city ring road, as well as the A2 motorway and the DK50 national road.

Grodzisk Mazowiecki is located approximately 30 km from central Warsaw and is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Mazowieckie voivodeship. The retail park serves a catchment area of more than 100,000 residents across Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Grodzisk County and neighbouring municipalities.
