Netart Group wants to acquire a million users in five years

NetArt Group aims to acquire over 1 million new users in the next five years (2025-2029) through strategic acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The company is targeting home.pl (owned by IONOS) and the hosting segment of cyber_Folks, with a total investment of €250 million.
The growth strategy focuses on hosting, CPaaS (communication services), and SaaS, leveraging the company’s advanced technology to expand its service offerings. With €100 million in available debt financing, NetArt is ready to compete with major industry players like GoDaddy, IONOS, One.com, and team.blue.
By 2029, NetArt expects to reach €100 million EBITDA, funded through internal resources and low debt. The company, known for cloud hosting, CDN, SaaS, and AI-driven services, is positioning itself as a key M&A player in the European tech market.
