New apartments in Krakow built by Buma
BUMA is closing 2025 with two major projects in Kraków: the modern residential complex Conrada 27 and the luxury renovation of the historic building Wenecja 1. Conrada 27 offers 144 apartments in two buildings with underground parking, green courtyards, and extensive infrastructure, providing comfort for everyday living. Wenecja 1 is a premium reconstruction of a 1911 townhouse near the Main Market Square, with preserved historical details, high ceilings, and an exclusive wellness area for residents.
Both projects confirm BUMA’s 30 years of experience in developing both modern living spaces and sophisticated, high-end restoration investments.
