Co-working space operator rent24 has leased 4,000 sqm of office space at the ArtN mixed-use project, which investor Capital Park is now developing in the Wola district of Warsaw with the transaction having been brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. This will be the company’s first location in Poland. The ArtN scheme is being built on the site of the former Norblin factory and will entail the renovation of several historic buildings as well as the construction of a number of new structures. It will offer a total of more than 66,000 sqm of usable space, including 40,000 sqm of office space and 26,000 sqm of leisure, service, retail and cultural areas.
