New shopping center near Warsaw, with 15 stores, almost ready
Construction of the Atut retail park in Ożarów Mazowiecki, near Warsaw, is nearing completion, with opening planned for November 2026. Developed by KG Group, the single-story center will include around 15 retail and service units and approximately 150 parking spaces. Confirmed tenants include Action, CCC, Rossmann, Empik, Euro RTV AGD, Tedi, Zdrofit, Diagnostyka and ZIKO. The project is located on Strzykulska Street near Poznańska Street in a rapidly developing residential area.
KG Group says the center is intended to serve growing local demand for everyday shopping and services without requiring residents to travel to larger malls. The Atut chain now manages more than 100,000 square meters of retail space across several locations.
