New tenant at Warsaw’s University Business Center II
IT consulting company Nexio Management has recently leased nearly 800 sqm of office space at the University Business Center II building in Warsaw. The transaction was brokered by Knight Frank, which represented the landlord of the property, Atenor. Located in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital, University Business Center II offers 19,600 sqm of leasable space. The entire University Business Center complex, which was acquired by Atenor last year, totals approximately 32,000 sqm and is to be refurbished in the near future.
