A planned auction of the unfinished Color Park shopping center in Nowy Targ failed to attract any bidders, even after the starting price was reduced to PLN 56.79 million. The project, once intended to become one of the largest retail centers in the Podhale region, collapsed after the developer lost financing and was declared bankrupt in 2023. Earlier valuations estimated the property at about PLN 85 million, though independent appraisals ranged from PLN 57 million to PLN 91 million.

The failed sale means the bankruptcy trustee will need to organize another attempt to sell the property. Potential investors remain cautious because completing the construction and commercializing the mall would require significant additional investment.
