No scenario of withdrawing from presidential election considered: Biedroń
“I am not considering, together with other candidates, the scenario of resignation from running in the presidential election, so that there is only one candidate – Andrzej Duda, and the PKW (the National Electoral Commission) will cancel the election,” Robert Biedroń, the Left candidate for president, assured.
Biedroń noted, however, that in connection with the coronavirus epidemic, there is no election campaign.
In his opinion, presidential elections, if they are held, will be at a "huge threat", because millions of Poles will go to the polls and almost half a million will be involved in the organization of elections.
Most political formations are appealing to the government to postpone the presidential election in connection with the epidemic. PiS opposes this.
