The Norblin factory revitalized by Capital Park group in Warsaw’s Wola district has entered the final stage of works before its opening. The first functions of the project will be launched at the beginning of September, and others will be made available to visitors in the following months.
In the new office buildings, offering 41 thousand sq. m of A+ class space, works connected with an interior arrangement and preparations for technical acceptance are in progress. The first tenants will appear at the beginning of September, the biggest ones are Allegro.pl (16.2 thousand sq m), global service center Japan Tobacco International (8.5 thousand sq m), and SEB Bank (3.3 thousand sq m).
Construction and arrangement works related to the construction of an underground parking lot for cars and over 200 bicycles have also been completed. The construction of the structure for Poland’s first fully automated underground bicycle parking has also been completed and is expected to be operational by the end of October.
Historical and historic buildings, as well as machinery and equipment, will be included in the Norblin Factory Museum, which will be guided by a mobile application. Construction and conservation work on the facades and interiors of the eight historical buildings has already been completed. The final stage is the conservation of post-factory machines and equipment, which will be exhibited on the premises of the Norblin Factory. The reconstruction of two incandescent furnaces on the west side of building 22 is also in progress.
