Specialist engineering services provider National Oilwell Varco Poland (NOV Poland) has extended the lease agreement for nearly 630 sqm of office space at the first phase of the Alchemia complex in Gdańsk. The consultancy Knight Frank represented the tenant in the process of negotiating the terms of the contract.

NOV Poland is a specialist supplier of solutions and services for the oil and gas industry. Its local branch deals with the design and supervision of the manufacturing operations in Poland.

‘We are happy that NOV Poland has appreciated Alchemia’s qualities and decided to continue to use the space it had been leasing. Prestigious location, right on the city’s main thoroughfare, providing a prompt commute to work, combined with modern technologies used across the building, along with plenty of staff facilities proved decisive in choosing this complex again,” Joanna Gomułkiewicz, Leasing Manager, Knight Frank, said.

Alchemia is a complex of office buildings on Grunwaldzka Avenue in the Oliwa area of Gdańsk. The complex has a usable space of over 122,000 sqm. Its largest part is occupied by offices (112,000 sqm), which are accompanied by service and retail outlets (about 10,000 sqm). The building’s diverse functionality and modern technologies make Alchemia one of the most innovative designs across the country. The building also stands out with its modern recreation and sports area including facilities such as swimming pools, fitness rooms, sports halls, saunas and climbing walls.
