Marynarska Point 1, an office building at 15B Postępu Street in Warsaw, may be converted into a hotel. In June, Marynarska One applied for permission to redevelop the property for hotel services. The Class A building, owned by Adventum Penta Fund, was completed in 2008 and offers more than 13,000 sq m across 10 floors, with typical floorplates of 1,253 sq m. Its common areas and reception were extensively renovated in 2022, and facade lighting was added.

The building also includes ground-floor retail space, air conditioning, opening windows, access control, and 460 underground parking spaces. Located near the S79 transport interchange, Galeria Mokotów, and other office buildings, it also holds BREEAM certification.
