Office developers still very active in Wrocław – Colliers
The office property market in Wrocław continues to boom with 212,000 sqm of new space having been under construction in the city at the end of 2018, according to Colliers International data. Approximately 44 percent of this volume is scheduled to be completed this year. The company’s experts predict that a total of more than 360,000 sqm of modern office areas will be completed in Wrocław by 2022. Major developers including Skanska, Echo Investment, Vastint and Avestus Real Estate are already developing or will soon launch projects there. Last year, a combined 147,000 sqm of new office space in 14 schemes was delivered in the city. This brought the existing stock to over one million sqm.
