Office Podium Park changes ownership
The Podium Park office complex in Krakow has been sold to the Globalworth fund. In the sale transaction worth approximately €134 million, the owner and developer were advised by experts from the Capital Markets Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
The Podium Park office complex consists of three connected 11-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 55,000 sqm. The first of the buildings has already been commissioned, and the completion of the next two is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020 and the fourth quarter of 2021, respectively.
