Oliwa district in Gdansk attracting developers
Gdańsk accounts for about 76% of the Tricity’s total office supply, confirming its position as the region’s main business hub. The city has 912,407 square meters of Class A, B, and C office space, with 71,496 square meters currently available for lease.
Oliwa is the most popular district among tenants and developers, hosting major complexes such as Olivia Business Centre, Alchemia, and Arkońska Business Park. Wrzeszcz and the city center are also important office locations.
Average monthly rents stand at EUR 14.81 per square meter in Class A buildings and EUR 11.87 in Class B properties. Gdańsk also has seven professional coworking centers totaling 26,386 square meters, with furnished workstations typically costing PLN 1,400 per month.
