According to a study carried out at the request of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management by ARC Market and Opinion, only 31 percent of young Poles who are beneficiaries of the "PIT 0" tax relief take steps to secure their financial future. The vast majority save money for this purpose - in the proverbial penny jar (36 percent), on savings accounts (33 percent), or by accumulating funds on the deposit (7 percent). Only 15 percent of them tries to increase the capital by investing.
As many as 11 percent of respondents admitted that they did not think about retirement at all, and 46 percent declared that this is a subject that rarely bothers them.
