Orange agrees on voluntary departures of up to 2,100 employees in 2020-2021

Telecom operator Orange Polska has signed a social agreement with trade unions for 2020-2021, under which up to 2,100 employees will be able to benefit from voluntary departures, the company said. The departure limit for employees in 2020 was set at 1,250. The agreement also provides for the possibility of raising basic salaries (by 3.5 percent in 2020 and 2021) and the amount of additional compensation for employees who will reach retirement age in the next four years.
