Orange Polska will launch AI Digital Company for SMEs as subscription
Orange Polska plans to launch Cyfrowa Firma, a subscription-based AI platform for small and midsize businesses, including companies that do not use its telecom services. The service will offer separately paid AI assistants for general tasks, marketing, sales, and finance, all drawing on a shared company knowledge base. Orange says users will retain control, and no actions will be taken without human approval. In Orange’s survey, 75% of microbusiness owners viewed AI positively, while 83% personally handled administration and paperwork.
Another 73% felt they always had tasks to manage, and 63% said too many business matters required their personal involvement. Orange positions the platform as support for digital transformation and reducing everyday workloads.
