Orlen’s board has recommended a record-breaking dividend payout of PLN 6 per share from its 2024 net profit, a significant increase from the PLN 4.15 per share distributed last year. This results in a total dividend allocation of PLN 6.966 billion, with a 9.4% dividend yield, placing it among the highest at the start of the payout season. The final decision will be made by the general shareholders' meeting, though payout dates have not been disclosed.

Orlen has also raised its minimum guaranteed dividend to PLN 4.50 per share, accelerating its target of PLN 5.20 by 2030. The company plans to gradually increase this to PLN 6 per share by 2035, while retaining flexibility to distribute up to 25% of operational cash flow after financing costs.
