Over 80% of Wrocław's Carbon Tower leased

One of the largest retailers of furniture and decorations in Poland, Selsey, moves to Carbon Tower in Wrocław. The company will occupy a total of 930 sqm of space, which means that over 80 percent of the space in the Cavatina Holding office building has been commercialized.
The new tenant, choosing the space for his company, was guided, among other things, by the very good location of the Carbon Tower, providing employees and customers with convenient access.
"Each day is a new challenge, sometimes even unknown. I realize that a well-connected office is a key to successful cooperation. People who make up Selsey pursue a common goal and want to be close to each other, so I was looking for a space conducive to safe interaction between employees. that the new office will drive the transformation of our work culture towards the exchange of knowledge, inspiration, learning from each other, as well as presenting Selsey in a modern version," Mirosław Mikołajczak, CEO of Selsey, said.
Hence, the appearance of the building was also of great importance - a distinctive architectural body, which perfectly fits the presentation of a customer selling designer furniture and interior design. Selsey will occupy the 11th floor of the office building, as well as spaces on the ground floor.
"We are very pleased that the company from Wrocław, while looking for a new location for its business, visited the interior of the Carbon Tower, appreciating the advantages of this facility. At Cavatina Holding, we want our investments to stand out not only with the quality of architecture, workmanship, or excellent location. be very flexible in discussions with tenants and, thanks to design and executive competencies, to comprehensively assist in the preparation of space to the individual needs of the company," Łukasz Żelezik, Executive Director, Leasing at Cavatina Holding, added.
