Warsaw City Hall has announced a major unrestricted oral tender for the sale of a developed property at 78 Okopowa Street in Wola, one of the capital’s key business districts. The site covers 16,043 sq m, or more than 1.6 ha, and has a starting price of PLN 310 million. The sale is VAT-exempt. The property includes the historic former Temler and Szwede tannery building, valued at PLN 1.24 million and listed in the register of monuments.

Any buyer will have to respect conservation requirements and incorporate the historic structure into future redevelopment. Interested bidders must pay a PLN 31 million deposit and submit documents by 10 June 2026. The auction is scheduled for 17 June, with a minimum bid increment of PLN 3.1 million.
